Part of our DentalPrime overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.
DentalPrime complaints are hard to find in public records: on October 28, 2026, BBB had no DentalPrime profile, Trustpilot blocked our request, and openFDA held zero recall or adverse-event records under "dentalprime" or "dentalgrd"[4][6][7]. Few records does not mean few problems. The vendor domain dates only to May 2025, so buyers have had little time to post.
What do DentalPrime complaints and buyer reports say?
We found no independent buyer reports we could read and quote. The feedback that exists sits on the vendor's own pages: three testimonials on the video page and a "based on 3,685 reviews" line that names no platform[1].
What we can document are the terms most likely to cause disputes. The refund rules contradict each other across the vendor's pages. Return postage is yours. The cart carries a $9.95 guide and $3.95 shipping protection, and the affiliate page confirms a 1-click upsell funnel[10]. There is no phone number, and the Contact link in the footer leads to a missing page. If something goes wrong, email and ClickBank are the only routes. The is DentalPrime legit page covers the seller side in more detail.
Where does DentalPrime buyer feedback come from?
Each source shows a different slice, and two important ones could not be checked. This is what we found on October 28, 2026.
| Source | What it can tell you | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| BBB[4] | Complaints filed against a business | No DentalPrime profile ("No Results Found") |
| Trustpilot[5] | Buyer ratings and comments | Returned 403, no archived copy: NOT checked |
| openFDA CAERS[7] | Adverse-event reports sent to FDA | No matches for dentalprime or dentalgrd; reporting is voluntary |
| openFDA food and drug enforcement[6][8] | Recalls | No matches; the spaced phrase "dental prime" was NOT checked |
| FDA tainted-product lists | Warnings about hidden drug ingredients | Did not load: NOT checked |
| FTC actions | Law-enforcement cases | Did not load: NOT checked |
| Vendor testimonials[1] | What the seller chooses to show | Selected by the seller; no platform named |
What do complaints usually focus on?
With supplements sold through ClickBank, disputes tend to center on refunds, extra charges and contact. The rows below map each type to DentalPrime's documented terms.
| Complaint type | What it may indicate | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Refund refused for opened bottles | The shipping page's "unused and unopened" rule was applied | Save the video page's "even empty bottles" wording with your order date |
| Refund smaller than expected | "Less shipping and handling" was deducted | Shipping paid ($9.99 on 2 or 4 bottles) and your return postage |
| Unexpected charges | Cart add-ons or a 1-click upsell were accepted | Order summary and the CLKBANK*dntprmfex6 statement line |
| Cannot reach support | No phone; Contact page missing | Email support@thedentalprime.com, then ClickBank |
| No change in teeth | Doses undisclosed; ingredient research mostly topical | Our does DentalPrime work page |
| Stomach or other reactions | Ingredient or dose issue, unknown without a label | Our DentalPrime side effects page |

Can sales-page testimonials be trusted?
Read them as advertising, since the seller picks them. The FTC's Endorsement Guides require testimonials to reflect real experiences and expect advertisers to make clear when results are not typical. DentalPrime's disclaimer page carries a testimonial disclaimer[11].
The numbers around the testimonials do not line up. The video page says "over 3,685 Americans" and "based on 3,685 reviews" without naming where those reviews live[1]. It also puts six-bottle orders at 96% of customers, while the home page says 97%[2]. We quote no buyer here because we could not reach one outside the vendor's pages.
How do you judge a testimonial before believing it?
Run four checks. A testimonial that fails two or more is marketing copy, whatever the photo shows.
Can you find the person anywhere else?
A first name and a city cannot be traced. A real buyer usually has a post on a platform you can open.
Does it name a platform?
"3,685 reviews" means nothing without a site you can visit and sort by date.
Does it promise a timeline?
The video page talks about sensitivity changes "within the first 14 days" and enamel changes after 60 to 90 days[1]. No study of this tablet backs either figure.
Is there a disclaimer?
If the fine print says results vary, the featured stories are not the typical result.
What refund problems should you check before ordering?
Read all three versions of the refund terms, because they conflict. The video page promises a refund "(less shipping and handling) within 48 hours of the product being returned", "even empty bottles", within 365 days[1]. The home page says "we'll refund every single cent"[2].
The shipping page requires an email to support@thedentalprime.com first and says the item "must be unused and unopened" in its original packaging, mailed to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 at your cost[3]. ClickBank also accepts refund requests[9]. Prices and package math are on our DentalPrime price page.
How we gathered this feedback
On October 28, 2026, Claire Hadley read the vendor's video, home, shipping, disclaimer and affiliate pages, searched BBB, tried Trustpilot and queried openFDA's food enforcement, drug enforcement and CAERS databases for "dentalprime" and "dentalgrd". FDA's tainted-product lists and FTC actions did not load and remain NOT checked. Our process is on the how we check products page.
Our take on the feedback
The quiet record on DentalPrime reflects a young product more than a clean one. The real risk sits in the paperwork: a refund promise that changes from page to page, return postage you pay, add-ons in the cart and no phone line. If you order, screenshot the refund terms on the day you buy, decline extras and keep every bottle until any refund clears.

Frequently asked questions
Does DentalPrime have a BBB profile?
No. A Better Business Bureau search for dentalprime on October 28, 2026 returned No Results Found. With no profile, there is no BBB complaint history or rating to read, and the vendor pages name no company you could search for instead.
How do I get a refund on DentalPrime?
Email support@thedentalprime.com first, then mail the bottles to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 at your own cost. You can also request a refund through ClickBank at clkbank.com. Keep tracking numbers and the original packaging until the money returns.
Why is there a CLKBANK charge on my card?
DentalPrime is sold through ClickBank, so the card statement reads CLKBANK*dntprmfex6, checked October 28, 2026. If the amount is higher than the package price, check whether a $9.95 guide, $3.95 shipping protection or an upsell was added.
Is there a phone number for DentalPrime support?
No phone number is published. The guarantee text mentions a toll-free number, but none appears on the vendor pages, and the footer Contact link leads to a missing page. Email support@thedentalprime.com or contact ClickBank instead.
Are the DentalPrime testimonials from verified buyers?
We could not confirm that. The video page shows three testimonials and claims 3,685 reviews but names no platform, and a disclaimer page covers testimonials. Without a source you can open, read them as advertising.
