DentalPrime is a mail-order tablet that ships from Tallmadge, Ohio[3]. The vendor names no pharmacy, grocery or big-box store, and we did not check store shelves. Searches for Dental Prime near me or Dental Prime providers often turn up dental offices or insurance plans with a similar name.
